Local Delivery & Pickup Guide

At The Salted Stem, we are proud to offer white-glove local delivery for our fresh blooms, subscriptions, and artisan gifts. Because we source our flowers for maximum freshness, we operate on a specific delivery schedule to the Emerald Coast.

Our Delivery Schedule We deliver to all zones on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Weekly & Monthly Subscriptions: Delivered on Mondays or Thursdays (based on your preference).

  • Single Stems, DIY Boxes & Gifts: Delivered on Thursdays only.

  • Order Cutoff: Please place your order by [Time, e.g., 12:00 PM] on [Day, e.g., Tuesday] to receive delivery for the upcoming Thursday.

Where We Deliver (The Zones) We currently serve the following areas. If you are unsure if your address falls within our range, please contact us before ordering.

  • Zone 1: The Local Area

    • Lynn Haven, Southport, Panama City

    • Fee: Complimentary for Subscriptions, $15 for single purchase/daily orders

  • Zone 2: The Beach

    • Panama City Beach (PCB), Lower Grand Lagoon

    • Fee: $20

  • Zone 3: 30A & Coastal

    • Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Seaside

    • Fee: $30

  • Zone 4: East County

    • Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach

    • Fee: $35 (Thursdays Only)

Storefront Pickup Prefer to pick up your blooms?

  • Location: 1404 County Highway 390, Lynn Haven, FL 32444

  • Pickup Hours: Thursdays from [10:00 AM – 5:00 PM].

  • Instructions: Please select "Store Pickup" at checkout. There is no fee for pickup.

Delivery FAQs

What if no one is home? Flowers are perishable and do not like the Florida heat. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is present (like a workplace). If no one is home, our drivers will look for a shaded, protected spot to leave the arrangement. We will send you a notification text with a photo of where it was left. The Salted Stem is not responsible for flowers affected by heat or weather once delivered.

Gate Codes & Access If you live in a gated community, you must provide the entry code in the "Delivery Instructions" box at checkout. If we cannot access your neighborhood, we will have to return the flowers to the studio, and a redelivery fee will apply.

Wedding & Event Delivery The rates above apply to daily orders and subscriptions only. Large-scale installations, faux rental setups, and wedding deliveries are calculated based on complexity and are included in your custom event proposal.
